JOIN THE 9TH CAVALRY BUFFALO SOLDIERS GUN CLUB
Welcome! The 9th Cavalry Buffalo Soldiers Gun Club is the South Atlanta chapter of NAAGA.
We bring together individuals who are passionate about history, safety, and responsible firearm ownership. Our mission is to educate, train, and empower our community by honoring the legacy of African American gun ownership while promoting safe handling, self-defense, and sportsmanship.
Whether you are new to firearms or experienced, we welcome you to grow, learn, and train with us.
Membership Requirements
To become a member of the 9th Cavalry Buffalo Soldiers Gun Club, you must first join the National African American Gun Association (NAAGA).
New Member Orientation Class (NMOC)
All new members are required to complete the New Member Orientation Class (NMOC).
The NMOC provides:
- An overview and perspective of NAAGA
- Education on the Black Traditions of Arms
- Required certification for participation in chapter shooting events
- Eligibility for competitive team involvement
